Strategic Program

  1. Actively work to integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles in all activities, partnerships, and initiatives.
  2. Increase IEEE’s relevance to industry and community/association members and foster stronger connections with members from academia and government.
  3. Strengthening local, national, and international capacities to prevent, manage, and respond to crises through IEEE humanitarian activities.
  4. Improving the quality of conferences and publications.
  5. Reinvigorate membership by supporting the transition from student to professional and engaging both professionals and students in technical and social activities.
  6. Reaching new audiences – identify underserved communities and groups, in specific domains, geographical areas, member/non-member demographics.
