The program aims to identify, train, and groom the next generation of volunteer leaders who will shape the future of IEEE. Through a comprehensive experience that includes leadership development, professional skill-building, hands-on project work, and global networking opportunities, the Collective empowers young professionals to contribute to and build impactful initiatives for the years ahead.
As part of the first cohort, the selected volunteers will engage in structured learning and collaboration aimed at enhancing their leadership capabilities and expanding their professional networks across the region. The initiative reinforces IEEE’s ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and development of young professionals and nurturing future leaders in science, technology, and engineering.
